Bagalamukhi Temple, Kangra

Bagalamukhi Temple is a famous Shaktipeeth situated in Kotla town of Kangra district in Himachal Pradesh. This temple is the center of faith of millions of people of the Hindu religion.




This temple of Bagulamukhi is considered to be the Mahabharata period. Mother is sitting here in the same form as described in the manuscripts. She wears a garland, yellow jewelry, and garlands of yellow flowers only.


A fair is also organized here on 'Baglamukhi Jayanti'. Every year on 'Bagalamukhi Jayanti', people from different states of Himachal Pradesh and come to relieve their sufferings, worship, worship and they get the blessings of Mother by doing it.

Famous: Here the ancient Shivalinga is established in the Adamkad from, where people perform anointing on the lingam after the mother's darshan.

Other information: A fair is also organized here on 'Baglamukhi Jayanti' every year, which includes people from different states.
